Here at IP Technology we man & run our own I.T Help Desk from our office in Romsey, unlike other I.T companies who subcontract this work to offsite call centres run by 3rd parties.
From our help desk we will setup secure VPN access to your servers and workstations, allowing us to resolve 95% of calls without the need for an onsite visit. In this manner most problems are resolved at the same time as initially being reported to us.
Should an onsite visit be required the helpdesk engineers will pass the call onto the nearest field engineer to resolve as soon as possible. In all cases the guaranteed minimum response time will be adhered to.
Our idea of a Small Business is one that needs decent quality I.T infrastructure, but doesn't warrant its own in-house I.T staff.
IP Technology will act as your I.T department, and be available to advise, recommend, procure, install and maintain your whole I.T infrastructure, and not just at the outset but on an ongoing basis.
